He is a seasoned leader in the field of marketing and social media technology. Ulysses garnered nearly two decades of award-winning success in both the General Market and Spanish Language mass media markets in the field of consulting, advertising and sales.

Ulysses is a proud graduate of Arizona State University where he obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in International Marketing with focus on Latin America. He started his career in consulting at International Business Machines (IBM) where in less than two years he exceeded his teams $180 million yearly goals by managing fortune 500 companies and increasing their yearly investments. For this he was recognized and received prestigious Marketing Excellence Award offered to the top 10% of IBM consultants.

Ulysses decided to venture into the world of radio sales consulting and landed a position with the largest English communication company, Clear Channel Communications now known as iHeart Radio. After this, he moved into the Latino radio market with Entravision Communications where once again, he earned the highest recognition and awards for seven years as the top radio sales consultant selling over $25 million. Soon thereafter, he accepted a promotion as Business Development manager focusing on creating and implementing sales strategies to increase company’s revenues.

Inmediato Media Consultants was one of the leading minority owned L.A.-based Direct Response Multicultural Advertising Agency that worked with top name companies such as Rosetta Stone, The Laser Eye Center, Community Tax and placed over $35 million in media placement throughout United States.
