Like most people in LA, I do many things. I am the Regional Manager at Coaching Corps, a non-profit committed to provided trained and caring coaches to sports programs. I am a fitness instructor at Equinox and I have my own personal training business. And as if that's not enough, I am a training and facilitation consultant. My work may seem piecemeal, but all of my endeavors involve opportunity and access.
