Staci Armao serves as the Director of Operations for The Gabriella Foundation (TGF) and is a non-profit consultant and coach. Her role is to ensure effective day-to-day and long-term execution of all of the Foundation's administrative functions, financial reporting and operations. She also plays a key role in strategic planning, fundraising and governance processes.

Staci is an accomplished and passionate youth and human services non-profit professional with over 18 years' experience in progressively more responsible executive support, coordination, and director positions. Prior to joining TGF, Staci spent eight years as the Executive Director of Hollywood Police Activities League (Hollywood PAL), a community-based crime prevention program that provides young people with positive alternatives to gangs and drugs through interaction with police officers in recreational, educational, athletic and fine arts activities. In addition to her work with PAL, Staci has provided copy editing services and compiled data on emerging markets from global sources for Elkind Economics, had her own personal assisting business, worked in production overhead at Walt Disney Feature Animation, and served as a counselor in a social service agency. Staci has also been involved in the entertainment industry for over 30 years as a dancer, actress, writer, producer and director.

Staci graduated from The College of William and Mary with a BA in Spanish and completed the following programs: Executive Service Corps Executive Director Leadership Program, Project Grantsmanship, the Center for Non-Profit Management's Coaching Certification Training Program and the Annenberg Foundation's Alchemy and Alchemy + Leadership Seminars. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, photography, playing the ukulele, theatre, ballet, volunteering, writing, reading, storytelling and having adventures.
