Renée Ward, is founder of Teens4Hire.org. She was a Vice President for TMP Worldwide Recruitment Advertising (the parent of monster.com), and Vice President for a Spherion Corporation subsidiary, JobOptions, Inc., a career resource technology company.

She served on the SHRM Workforce Readiness Committee and is a former co-chair of the Workforce Investment Board of Santa Ana, CA.

Ms. Ward is a published author, noted speaker and an expert resource to media, schools and community groups.

She is a recognized public speaker and has been featured on the CBS Early Show, NBC Today Show, Fox Business News, CNN, and CBS Evening News and hundreds of radio programs. She has been quoted and featured in thousands of print publications such as the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, New York Times, Dallas Morning News, Chicago Tribune, Kiplinger, the Bottom Line, AARP magazine, US News and World Report, Christian Science Monitor, Seventeen, and Newsweek to name a few.

She manages a staff of five loyal Teens4Hire.org volunteers.

Ms. Ward is the principal of The Forward Group, a privately held company that publishes www.Teens4Hire.org and www.Seniors4Hire.org, a career center for those 50 and older, as a socially responsible public service.
