Nathan Walworth (PhD) is a climate change scientist who studies the capacity for ecosystems to evolve to a rapidly changing global environment. He specifically studies photosynthesizing populations that are responsible for half of the breathable oxygen on the planet. His lab simulates future ocean conditions and exposes marine organisms for hundreds of generations to study the evolution of their DNA and physiological processes. These findings can then be used to inform both climate change predictions as well as general evolutionary theory that is important for all biotechnological industries. 

Nathan also co-owns a lifestyle brand company with a team of designers and architects that creates products, services, and immersive experiences for the socially-driven, evolved consumer. 

He is currently working on bridging traditionally disparate fields and industries to form novel vehicles of sustainable practice through a blend of lifestyle branding, education, and science.
