Miriam Diwan is the Co-Founder of MoveMe, a neighborhood discovery platform, where she leads day-to-day-operations, finance, corporate development and strategy. Earlier, Miriam co-founded her family's investment and financial advisory arm, Emerging Markets Services. EMS provides strategic advice, capital raising and risk management expertise to international clients in the infrastructure, energy and commodities sector.

Previously, Miriam was Portfolio Manager and Vice President at Amzak Capital Management, where she established the equity and special situations investment strategy as part of a $400mm portfolio. Prior, she was an Associate with Sun Capital Partners, focused on distressed debt and special situations investments, for the $1.1Bn securities fund.

Miriam began her career as a top-ranked Investment Banking Analyst with JPMorgan's Leveraged Finance group, arranging financing for top financial sponsors for leveraged buyouts and dividend recaps.

Miriam received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School, as well as a B.A. in Communication from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. She serves as a council member at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, a Development Committee member for the Junior League of Los Angeles, and a docent at the The J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles.
