JONATHAN CARSON, J.D.

Jonathan Carson comes from diverse background as an entrepreneur, investor and legal professional, which he contributes towards his leadership positions within various start-up firms and company boards. Outside of his current role at (XX Company), he serves as president and co-founder of Skywell, a water technology company based in Santa Monica, Calif. He also participates on the boards of numerous other start-up ventures and organizations.

He began his legal career as a corporate restructuring attorney at Kirkland & Ellis in the firm’s Chicago offices. He leveraged his legal expertise to launch Kurtzman Carson Consultants (KCC), a technology firm that redefined Chapter 11 bankruptcy administration.

Jonathan earned his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Jonathan is an active leader in the Los Angeles chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
