Educational background which includes a Masters of Public Administration (MPA) from Central Michigan University, Executive MBA Masters Certificate from the University of Notre Dame, and several Masters Certificates Programs from Villanova University (which includes Masters in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Organizational Leadership and Project Management Professional)

Currently, a dedicated business owner, motivational speaker, author and community activist whose primary focus is on our Youth development. He has been the feature guest speaker for several major companies, the U.S. military, various Rotary Clubs, churches, Boys and Girls Clubs, several high schools as well as middle schools and local community events. He is also very proactive in his community. He has served on several boards including: City Community Steering Committee, Temecula Chamber of Commerce, Temecula Assistant Youth Counselor, Valley-Wide Recreation Center, and YMCA. In addition, he has formed a Non Profit organization called the Options & Opportunities / The Choice Program (JC Cooley Foundation).

The goal of this organization is establish partnerships with schools, churches, clubs, business communities, and other communities’ outreach programs to teach our Youth the 4 Cs (Create, Collaborate, Commit, and Confidence) This lead to Character Building. His primary goal is to prepare today’s Youth with the tools to Tackle Tomorrow’s Challenges. Our youth are our Leadership of Tomorrow.

James also created and currently hosts a Youth Inspirational Leadership Breakfast program on Sunday in Temecula for students’ ages 12-19 years old in support of 4Cs Character Building program.
