Sana Rahim is the founder and president of Emerge Consulting, a social impact practice that serves nonprofit organizations and social change leaders to create more effective and sustainable solutions. Sana is currently an MBA candidate at UCLA Anderson, focusing on social impact and sustainability.

After graduating from Northwestern University, Sana served as an interfaith ambassador for the Tony Blair Faith Foundation, where she built faith-based community coalitions for social justice projects in Atlanta, GA. After that, she lead large teams as a sales and operations manager for five years at McMaster-Carr in Chicago, IL, overseeing operational improvements and enhancing customer service strategy. After leaving this role, Sana worked as a consultant at the Price Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at UCLA, where she worked with nonprofit leaders to develop and implement business improvement projects through strategic analysis. Sana also spent time at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Istanbul, Turkey where she lead communications efforts to develop partnerships between philanthropies and governments to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Outside of her professional life, Sana is always looking for opportunities to build bridges by sharing her experiences as a Muslim American woman. Sana was recently selected as a Fellow with the American Muslim Civic Leadership Institute (AMCLI) at USC. At UCLA Anderson, she was selected as a John Wooden Global Leadership fellow, a prestigious scholarship for MBA students who embody the values of integrity and service. Working to advance a more inclusive campus culture, Sana serves as a student advisor for UCLA's equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts. She is also the Next Generation Ambassador on the board of the National Association of Women Business Owners in LA (NAWBO-LA). Sana speaks to engage people in conversations around social impact, faith, & women's empowerment.
