As the principal owner and Chief Learning Officer of Cooper Consulting Group, Inc., Christie aims to inspire learning and leadership. Christie is a certified trainer in EQ, Situational Leadership II, DiSC, Master MBTI Practitioner and LPI. She uses these tools and others to create custom workshops for her clients to create self-awareness and team building within organizations. She is a Board Certified Coach and works with students and individuals from all levels in organizations.

With a passion for learning she went back to school to receive her doctorate degree from Pepperdine University in Organizational Leadership.
