Zack Schuler is the Founder and Former CEO of Cal Net Technology Group, and I.T. Consulting and Outsourcing Firm that he founded at the age of 21 while going to Cal State Northridge. Over an 18 year period, from starting as a one man I.T. Consultant, Zack grew Cal Net into an almost $20M dollar company with close to 100 employees, while retaining 100% of his equity. Zack attributes this success not to being the smartest guy on the block (he was B student), but by having a high level of emotional intelligence which gave him the ability to create an amazing corporate culture, surrounding himself with a team who was much smarter than he was. Zack had a successful exit from Cal Net in October of 2013, while Cal Net was still growing and profiting rapidly. Cal Net continues to thrive and Zack is now consulting for them part time in the areas of sales and marketing, and is working with a number of small startups. His strengths lie in the areas of motivational speaking, sales force architecture, mentoring, and helping organizations drive value so that they can maximize their exit, if they so choose.
