We are in the midst of an exciting paradigm shift where consumers are demanding that brands they do business with also have a social mission. Brands need to go to market authentically with purpose in order to be profitable.

With a passion for children's issues, I serve on the Board of World of Children Awards and March To The Top Foundation. I'm a Global Ambassador for Visayan Forum (which fights human trafficking in SE Asia). I co-founded a nonprofit organization called Visionary Women aimed at empowering girls and women in the Los Angeles community.

Prior to this, I was CMO of sbe, a global hospitality company. As Corporate VP of Marketing, I led brand strategy and communications for Caesars Corporation in Las Vegas, an $8 Billion entertainment company. My career in marketing began with Procter & Gamble, where I spent 8 years in brand management, leaving the company as Global Brand Manager for the largest haircolor franchise.
