As president of Ernest Packaging Solutions, Tim has grown his family’s company from its Los Angeles roots into one of the 100 largest privately-owned companies in California. As the star of the company’s award winning Ernest Challenge video series, Tim has also helped define a bold voice for the company that has been attracting fans and loyal customers across the country.

Under Tim’s leadership, the Ernest Packaging Solutions family has expanded to 10 locations and now has a nationwide footprint. Tim has grown the company from $15 million to $200 million in sales through a combination of organic growth and carefully chosen acquisitions that mirror the strong corporate values and dedication to service, quality, and innovation that have always been hallmarks of Ernest Packaging Solutions.

Tim’s dedication to service extends well beyond his responsibilities at Ernest. As a member of YPO/WPO, an international organization for presidents and business leaders, he launched the YPO/WPO packaging network to connect and educate members that make or use packaging in their business. The network has over 500 members today. He is also on the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, a member of the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Youth Network, and Chairman of the AdvisoryBoard of Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
