Originally from Nicaragua. Grew up in East New York Brooklyn, NY. Study Architecture in CCNY. I have founded four companies Chavarria Consulting, LLC, Chavarria Contracting Corp., which existed for eleven years. ThinkTank Consulting, LLC which I founded to generate a salary while going to back to school to obtain an MBA. The latest company which I have yet to incorporate is a collaborative/research entity formed to find ways to shelter humanity in an affordable, empathetic manner while promoting ownership and the creation of value for a family's future. The name of the entity is The Builder Studio and we are currently developing a prototype for an innovative dwelling unit that will grow with time to serve its owner needs today and in the future.
