Steve McMillan is the Associate Vice President of IT Core Engineering for Molina Healthcare, a Fortune 200 company that serves over four million patients in fifteen states. Steve and his team of 100 are focused on the design, build, implementation, and operations of IT systems in disciplines such as network, telephony, data center, contact center technologies, collaboration services, and desktop support – their work connects those in need of medical treatment with Health Care Specialist and Doctors nationally.

Steve has become a sought-after speaker on several IT subjects, including serving as a guest speaker on IT transformation at the EMEA Gartner conference in Rome, Italy last September. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in IT, and as a believer in life-long learning, is working on an MBA in International Business. Steve spends his spare time reading, traveling the world with his lovely wife Debbie, walking his angry dog Holly, and holds an 8th degree black-belt in Jujitsu, teaching self-defense seminars as far away as London.
