Krystle Oshon, a motivational speaker, Christian minister, and experienced organizational consultant, was born in Belize and resides in Los Angeles, CA. She graduated from Bethune-Cookman University with a degree in Speech Communication with Interdisciplinary Studies in Law and a graduate certificate in Biblical Studies from The King’s University. She studied abroad in Israel and at the University of Oxford in England.

Currently, she serves as a Senior Associate at Management Consulting & Research, Inc. (MCR). Her skills and areas of expertise include creating lean business processes to better increase workflow while specializing in systems solutions. Ms. Oshon has over 15 years of experience working for several federal government agencies that include U.S. Congress, U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

She is an active member of her church, Faithful Central Bible Church, and can often be found serving her community. She has also served as a missionary in South Africa with Habitat for Humanity. In fact, the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) recognized her achievements when she won their “Woman of the Year” award in 2014. Ms. Oshon is humbled by the call that God has placed on her life, which is to encourage and empower people all over the world to speak the truth even if their voice trembles. Proverbs 31:8-9 teaches us to speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.
