Shay Bolton joined the commercial real estate industry in the Los Angeles market as part of the Tech & Media Practice Group with an emphasis on high-growth, emerging companies.

Shay specializes in office tenant representation, strategic planning and global corporate services while developing new opportunities and leveraging her business acumen on behalf of her clients. An active member of her community, Shay launched numerous young professional organizations throughout her career such as SPARK, a young professional group for the Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and has served on multiple committees.

Shay graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University, where she majored in Communications/Pre-Law. While in college, she studied abroad with Archbishop Desmond Tutu through the University of Virginia’s Semester at Sea program.
