As co-founder and former owner of National Messenger of Irvine, California, Coach Rob has been in customer service, sales, and operations management for 30 years. Starting from scratch in 1989, Coach Rob and a partner built their same day courier service to the largest of its kind in Orange County.
Corporate Coach
Coach Rob has been in sales since he learned the term “commission” somewhere around his 17th birthday. In the past 25 years he has trained both telemarketers and outside sales people. He is an experienced teacher for the three sales positions vital to any organization: openers, closers and keepers!
Customer Service Trainer
Coach Rob cut his teeth in customer service in the garment industry when he was just 20 years old. In building his own business he has trained hundreds of people throughout the years in the various disciplines that move customers to lifelong clients.
Presentation / Communication Specialist
Coach Rob’s passion is in Presentation Coaching where he helps people of all backgrounds learn to connect with audiences that range in size from 1 – 10,000. Through one on one coaching, workshops and seminars, Coach Rob helps his clients improve in core presentation disciplines through his unique P5 Presentation System©.
Youth Coach
Rob was also a youth basketball coach for 19 years. He once operated The Game of a Lifetime® Basketball Academy where he taught young people through his academy slogan: “Life’s Fundamentals through Sport”.
