A dynamic and innovative business leader, Robin Stewart has spearheaded growth initiatives in the consumer finance industry for over 14 years. Sought out for every position from Financial Advisor to Director of Operations for Northwestern Mutual’s Financial Network, Robin has applied her unique brand of creative innovation to every role, delivering bottom line improvements in operations, recruitment, productivity, strategic direction, and business development.
In her most recent role as Director of Operations for Northwestern Mutual in Los Angeles, Robin headed a multi-site organization of 115 Financial Advisors and over 200 employees. She streamlined operations with a focus on improving services to a team of Financial Advisors generating over $21M in annual revenue. Instituting best practices, performance standardization, and support staff retraining, and delivering an 18% bottom line improvement through a major budget restructure, she left the organization primed for sustainable growth.
Prior to her operations role, Robin served Northwestern Mutual as Director of Training and Development. In this role, Robin conceived and launched a “business within a business,” building an organization that provided fee-based human resources services to the Financial Advisors in her network. This one-of-a-kind service freed Financial Advisors to focus on building their core businesses, and was a strong incentive to prospective recruits, offering a level of business support found nowhere else in the organization.
Previous roles included Director of Recruitment, where she spearheaded a recruiting strategy that doubled business over her tenure, and her entry role as an independent Financial Advisor, where she built a thriving full time business from the ground up to 80+ long-term clients.

Robin left Northwestern Mutual in 2011 to explore creative options and engage with her family as a full-time parent. During this time she laid the groundwork for a mobile app, raised over $360,000 for a prestigious private school, and began exploring entrepreneurship as an opportunity to apply her expertise in a new direction.

Currently Robin is a Private Trend Trader focusing on foreign exchange currency and stock trading. Additionally, Robin has formed a partnership with Rodan and Fields and distributes clinically based skin care company to clients looking to improve the appearance and texture of their skin and is seeking new partners to grow in business with.
