I moved out to Los Angeles about 8 years ago from the New York City area, where I worked for over 20 years running film distribution companies. After I finished college (with a secondary education degree ) in 1974, I moved into a Yoga Ashram (place of spiritual study) where I taught yoga and meditation for seven years at universities throughout the Boston area. Now having been an executive in the film industry for over 35 years, I've come full circle as I'm completing my training to be a mindfulness meditation teacher and coach. Throughout my career, whether in business or yoga, I've always taken time out to teach. I'm looking forward to sharing the knowledge and experiences I've gained over the years.
