Ricky Powell is a Southern California native and grew up as a child actor appearing on Bewitched and many other TV shows and commercials of the 1970s. After graduating with a BA in film and television, he enjoyed a 25 year career at NBC where he was responsible for airing every comedy, drama and reality show on the network.

Additionally, he helped charter Imagination@NBC Universal Toastmasters and earned the Distinguished Toastmaster designation (DTM) which represents the highest level of educational achievement in Toastmasters International.

Today, Ricky helps individuals and companies grow their success exponentially through his keynote speeches, corporate training, and executive coaching. He also helps people overcome their limiting beliefs, break bad habits, eliminate their phobias and get them on a new path to live the life they want.
