I was born in India. I came to Chicago for graduate school. I moved to CA to complete the Registered Dietitian certification program. I teach and write for science textbooks. I have been a volunteer for the American Cancer Society for the last 15 years. I created a career that allows me to be a parent and clinician at college campuses, law firms, private businesses, food and beverage and catering incubators and bookstores!. I am able to access conferences for continued education and network extensively throughout LA. Life is not about seeking balance but about knowing oneself, changing your mind as you grow, and creating new network groups for different interests. People are power and not just technology that is in fact created by people! I specialize in humanizing connections, investing in health and community to grow as a person. We are all only as strong as our weakest link! We must be open to being vulnerable and make mistakes.
