Nick brings a lot of different professional and personal experiences having held leadership positions in both very large (Fortune 100) and small, entrepreneurial companies and has conducted business in 20+ countries around the world. With a degree from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis (class valedictorian), Nick started in the Corporate Strategy group at 3M and helped build the company's strategic plan. Nick then held increasing positions of leadership within 3M's Personal Safety business (including as President and CEO of a 3M acquisition). Nick has been the CEO of Pioneer for 6 years, helping the company achieve record sales & profits while introducing new processes and frameworks for internal organization, cooperation and collaboration that ensure all of Pioneer is effectively and efficiently in alignment for our customers and is also a great place to work! Nick is married with two teenage children and lives in La Canada.
