Mike serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Pluto TV, the leading free streaming TV platform in the United States. After joining the company in 2017, Mike was instrumental in the successful sale of Pluto TV to Viacom in early 2019. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for social media marketing company theAudience, which was acquired in 2015 by a Dubai-based conglomerate. Prior to that, Mike held various leadership positions at Disney, including heading the Strategy and Business Development team for Disney Consumer Products, and leading Finance for Disney Mobile Gaming after the company acquired mobile games publisher Tapulous. Mike previously served in corporate strategy and finance client advisory roles at Bain & Company, Deloitte, Nielsen’s Cambridge Group, and as an independent consultant. Mike has an MBA with High Distinction from the University of Michigan, with undergraduate degrees in Business and Accounting.
