I was born in Colombia. When I was 5 my dad got a job working for Warner Lambert in NY and was given a visa to come to the US. A year later, he move us all to Queens NY. We grew up in a low to mid income family with 6 kids. By the time I got to high school I wanted to become a veterinarian. I wanted to go to Cornell University, so I worked hard with my teachers to help me write my applications and to ensure I got good grades.
