As market needs evolved so did the product offering of CHM to include a full-service insurance brokerage specializing in Health, Life and Disability Insurance Products as well as Property & Casualty, including Workers Compensation and Personal and Business Liability Insurance Products, since 2006. As CEO of CHM Inc., Martha seeks to apply her knowledge and resources developed over the last 22 years in the healthcare industry to her varied responsibilities: from day-to-day operations to sales to enrollment services and presentations.

Having resided in Los Angeles County for 30+ years, Martha brings a comprehensive, local perspective of the marketplace she serves. Since founding CHM, Inc 10 years ago, her personal goal is to help her clients position their business for growth and achieve a better understanding on how individuals and organizations impact the referral process and become more effective in the growth and retention process.
