I am currently the scientific director of the core labs at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. After completing a PhD in bioanalytical chemistry and a postdoctoral fellowship in clinical chemistry, I now work with a lot of other smart people in a field that bridges clinical medicine and science.

I grew up in Western Washington, and ended up in California about 4 years ago, so West Coast all the way! I look forward to sharing my experiences as a kid, education path, and details of my work with you all.
