Kiran Chaggan, Talent Acquisition Manager at SierraConstellation Partners, is responsible for recruiting top-tier candidates on a national level, strategizing DEI initiatives, and overseeing employment branding.
Prior to SCP, Kiran was a Talent Acquisition Manager at IPG Mediabrands where she managed recruiting for analytics, media planning, finance, and engineering. In that role, she was also responsible for the Summer Residency program as well as several DEI initiatives. Prior to IPG, Kiran worked as a Sr. Recruiting Manager at Robert Half working across Accounting and Finance positions.
Kiran graduated from The University of Southern California in 2017 with a BA in International Relations Global Business. While in undergrad, she discovered her passion was to help others and become a positive influence for society; during her Senior Year at USC, she found her career path in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition. She is currently pursuing an MBA from Pepperdine University where she focuses on organizational leadership and dispute resolution.
