I am a licensed psychotherapist, published author, speaker and trainer. I am passionate about helping others recover their relationship with themselves and others. I have had several other successful careers in diverse industries, and as life unfolded, after many twists and turns, I landed exactly where I am supposed to be. I am a single mother and grandmother, member of a popular spiritual choir, and I am currently pursuing my Doctoral degree . I look forward to meeting you!
