Passionate about food, health, and fashion, I first went to school at Fashion institute design and merchandising (FIDM) along with working in the fashion industry for 12 years. I dabbled a bit in design enriching myself in various fashion styles for a better part of my early exposure to the industry. I enjoyed coming up with creative ideas, so I decided to change direction and pursue a career in sales and marketing as it related to fashion. With my creative approach in sales, it also gave me the upper hand in building important relationships with major account and like-minded people in the various departments where I interacted daily. I was part of many important decisions made in the marketing, design, presentation, and selling aspects of the fashion industry. I had achieved many accolades in my former positions throughout that time, many of which were specifically in management, merchandising, marketing, and sales.

I stepped away from the fashion industry to enter the world of creative arts education within the Admission & Marketing Department. I gained knowledge of the food industry and in the creative arts field and learned the kind of skills necessary for success today in my personal venture: New York Snow, Blush Dessert Bar & The Blushing Details Inspired by the food and wedding industry, I decided to study Nutrition and became certified in Health & Wellness. I felt that healthier foods consumed daily will forever make you youthful not just in appearance, but overall both inside and out. I've also demonstrated many leadership skills at work and on a personal level.

I am the Lead Event Planner and Owner of The Blushing Details and Blush Dessert Bar. I absolutely love everything about the event and wedding experience including the design and creative aspects of it. Not only do I enjoy the creative part, but I love the managing and planning part of it even more so and still pull it together in style. For the many years of event planning, I've always caught myself fascinated by all the little details from the amazing table settings all way down to the party favors and amazing food. I love to create a memorable wedding with a specific emphasis on the little details that extend the couple’s personalities.

I’ve been in the event planning business for 8 years and had my own dessert catering company for 6 years. Since I got married a few years ago, I dedicated my time to helping couples turn their vision into reality. I’ve been a Maid of Honor 4 times and planned a ton of bridal showers and weddings. For many years, I have demonstrated leadership and organization skill in my business and on a personal level. I've been hired and/or voluntarily led and organized many teams in various event planning activities, including weddings, showers, receptions, galas, private parties, fundraising, corporate, and other social gatherings, so planning events and wedding came naturally for me.

I love everything there is about wedding planning & all things pink. Inspired by weddings that are unique towards the couple’s personalities, I created an event planning business that truly encapsulates the details that so often go unnoticed on your special day.

Currently serving as a Member for The Mark Keppel High School Alumni Booster Club and Jr. Board Member of the Big Brother and Big Sister Organization, I’m passionate about giving back and serving the people that are in need the most. Lastly, I am a foodie at heart, a health freak by nature, a heart of a gold, and fashionista by trade. All of this has led me to be the person I am today.
