Mr. Dugan has been at forefront of new technology initiation, market development, adoption and disintermediation of established status quo since his career began. In his early days at Cambridge Technology Group/ Massachusetts Institute of Technology where client-server technologies were introduced through joint business development initiatives with Hewlett-Packard to radically shift technology from the mainframe to workstations, he provided the incubation of disruptive technology companies for over $200 Billion in company value. From SAP to Oracle to I-Cube to I2 Technologies major application technology and supporting markets grew to encompass Internet and Cloud Technologies. Mr. Dugan is also responsible for the initial B2B commercialization of the internet pioneering the “ePlex” concept that tied together Buy/Sell and Logistics to fulfill transactions. One of his customers used this ePlex concept to build a consumer experience that propelled it into the largest online retailer on the planet. In the early 2000’s, Mr. Dugan turned to Radio Frequency enabled applications, developing a market across industries for this emerging technology. As the result of 9/11/2001, Mr. Dugan was asked to lead Operation Safe Commerce by Senator Patty Murray to prove out protection of the global supply chain from terror organizations. This work led to RF enablement of all of the major Logistics and Transportation Providers. In joining Capgemini, Mr. Dugan was asked to form Capgemini Consulting, the strategic services arm of Capgemini. While building this company within a company, he developed strategic initiatives in Media & Entertainment, Life Sciences, Retail, CPG and Financial Services generating $1.3 Billion of services and solution revenue within 4 years of his start. He was responsible for developing major accounts from scratch that generated $180 Million of this revenue including Warner Bros., Disney, Sony, Universal, NBC, Genentech/Roche, Novartis, Kraft Foods, Cisco, Nestle and American Express.
Mr. Dugan has a rich Media, Entertainment and Telecommunications expertise including strategic management and transformation of the film, TV production, online games and music industries. Prescient Interactive Inc. is the summation of his experience as the industry transforms to interactive entertainment, health, education and home life across all platforms.

Mr. Dugan received his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Notre Dame with a Masters of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.
