My real love is fitness and health. I have been in the fitness and health arena since the age of 14 when I made a decision to eliminate any chemicals, bleaching, additives, fillers and coloring from my diet. I have written 10 books on simple nutrition and fitness and I conduct workshops for groups and organizations on how to simplify staying healthy with a 15 minute workout with 5 pounds that creates better results than prolonged workouts with heavy weight.

I have trained the likes of Liberace, Elvis, Paul Lynde, Dean Martin and many other entertainers before they went on stage in Las Vegas.
