A 25-year hospitality and travel industry leader, Frances Kiradjian created BLLA to give a voice to independent properties as well as smaller brands around the world, offering them the opportunity and the means to compete on a level playing field with major hotel companies. BLLA serves more than 600 global members, including hotels, hotel brands, travel agents and the supplier vendors that sustain them. She sits on the boards of Boutique Design, Whole World Water and the Independent Lodging Association. Frances attended the prestigious USC Marshall School of Business.
