Eric Roark is the Founder, CEO, and President of Roark Financial Solutions, Inc., a professional services firm established to provide strategic financial leadership for growing middle market companies in the Inland Empire and Orange County. Roark Financial Solutions, Inc. partners with Board of Directors, Business Owners and Key Executives to transform their Accounting and Finance operations into a profit center while accelerating a Company’s ability to scale through the process of COMPLIANCE  PROFIT  STRATEGY.

Prior to founding Roark Financial Solutions, Inc., Mr. Roark held Senior Financial Leader roles for NYSE traded, venture capital, private equity backed, and family owned middle market companies. Mr. Roark’s focus has been to optimize shareholder value by creating reporting systems that provide accurate, timely and relevant information to drive results; develop and execute key initiatives to increase profitability; and advise on strategies to facilitate corporate growth, enable acquisitions and integrations, and enact successful succession plans. Mr. Roark began his career with Ernst and Young, LLP serving in the Audit and Advisory Business Services (“AABS”) practice.

Dedicated to the Accounting and Finance Profession, Recognition of Corporate Excellence, and Education, Mr. Roark serves on the Steering Committee for the Orange County Chapter of the CFO Leadership Council, is an active Member of Financial Executives International, is a Board Member for the Irvine Valley College Foundation, and an Awards Committee Member for the Orange County Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, which recognizes outstanding corporate success.

Eric graduated with high honors from California State University, San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Eric is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of California with Attest Accreditation.
