Elizabeth Rios is a Business Manager at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory; with extensive experience in day-to-day operations, strategic planning and business development in support of NASAs missions. Elizabeth has previously held positions in Employee Relations, Training and Development, Human Resources, Education and Real Estate.

Raised in the West San Gabriel Valley by immigrant parents, Elizabeth overcame financial and cultural obstacles obtaining a bachelors degree in History from UCLA and a Masters of Science in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne.
