Janine Elias is a leadership and relationship expert who has dedicated her career to helping leaders become more transformational while developing their ability to forge deep meaningful connections with their followers, customers, and the communities they serve. Janine was one of the first National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coaches. She is a certified Greif Recovery Specialist and is an approved continuing education provider for ICF, SHRIM, and CAMFT. Starting as a high school dropout, Janine earned her B.A. at Antioch University Santa Barbara, an M.A. at Phillips Graduate Institute, and is finishing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership at CSUN. Janine is the founder and president of Elias University and Miracles in Leadership.
