Dr. Terri Horton is a workforce futurist, skills, learning and artificial intelligence business strategist. Dr. Horton holds a Doctorate in Education from USC focused on Organizational Change and Leadership, MA in Management, MBA in Marketing and micro-credentials in Data Analytics from Cornell University and Artificial Intelligence Business Strategy from MIT. She holds the human resource designations of PHR, SHRM-CP, HCS, and SWP. Dr. Horton is also a Forbes contributor on the topics of leadership and the future of work. She is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, Society for Human Resource Management, Professionals in Human Resources Association, Human Capital Institute and the American Marketing Association.
