David brings his keen interest for innovative real estate development to the Urban Blox team. He is driven by his fascination with creating sustainable, state of the art spaces that harmonize with the fast pace of modern life. As co-founder and principal at Urban Blox, he oversees sales, acquisition transactions, and debt / equity placements. He highly values the working relationships he builds every day with investors, partners and consultants, a major contributor to his success in the early years of his career.
David’s entrepreneurial spirit has also led him to the position of co-founder and managing director of ReGreen, Inc., a diversified construction and energy services company. In just five quick years, David contributed to the company’s expansion to 100 employees and the completion of over 3,000 projects in every asset class.
David is also a co-founder and board member of Western Pacific Oils, one of the largest edible oil distribution companies in the U.S. David received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. In 2014, David was recognized by Forbes Magazine’s “30 Under 30” list, and has also been named by Bloomberg Businessweek as one of America’s Best Young Entrepreneurs.
Currently a board member of several nonprofit and industry associations, David is invested in giving back to the community. He is an involved member of LA Clean Tech Incubator, 30 Years After, Gen Next, and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Beverly Hills Chapter.
