Dave Des Rochers is Vice President/Partner at PATH2HappiSuccess, which empowers people to find career happiness and success. Dave currently leads business development, strategic partnership and group sales efforts for the company. Since joining PATH2HappiSuccess in 2017, Dave has been instrumental in developing both the Student and the Career Transition programs, which help people determine their best career based on their interests, aptitudes and other important characteristics.

Dave has experienced numerous transitions in his own career. After retiring as a professional football player with the Seattle Seahawks, he first reinvented himself as an actor, appearing in numerous TV shows and movies. Later, he transitioned into a career in banking, where he served as a branch vice president before moving on to spend more than 20 years successfully providing wealth management advice to individuals, families, businesses and pension funds.

With his extensive background as a trusted financial advisor, as well as an athlete and coach, Dave fully understands how important it is to have a solid Game Plan in order to achieve success. He believes the PATH2HappiSuccess programs fulfills that purpose: helping people find a game plan to pursue their true career calling, so they can enjoy a lifetime of happiness and success.

Dave has volunteered his time educating high school and college students on investment strategies, both to reach their life goals and to succeed in national stock investment competitions. He also serves as Vice President of the NFL Players Association Orange County Chapter and on the Advisory Board for Mission Sports Network.
