Celona has always had a love for the point where people and technology meet. He has over 18 years of experience managing and building solution oriented companies. This experience centers around developing product and driving revenue across e-commerce, UGC, Social and Mobile.

Currently, he is SVP/Partner at Speakr, one of the founding companies in the influencer space, which he helped build from the ground up. Speakr now defines the space by powering partners like: Conde Nast, OMG, Havas-Vivendi, Time, AT&T, Microsoft, Ford, Dr. Pepper, Warner Bros, NBC-U, Pepsi, Nordstrom, and JCP.

Over the last 3 years, Celona has been self-financing his volunteer platform passion project, 2xplr. 2xplr (to-explore) is unique because it resides at the intersection of the human need for connection/purpose and self-promotion in a way unlike anything else.
