An innovator of products, Charlotte brings to Cheer a powerful combination of industry experience with technical knowhow. With more than seventeen years of managerial and leadership experience at large companies such as AT&T Wireless Services and Siebel Systems, as well as at smaller ventures such as Rapt Technology, Charlotte has built expertise in strategy and execution for marketing, product management, and business development.

Having spent time designing data analytic solutions, Charlotte’s strength is advising companies on how to best use their on and offline digital, CRM and ERP data for optimizing business process management and profitability. As a consultant, she helped dozens of high growth companies define product strategy, generate market awareness, and build teams. With this experience, she was well positioned to start her own company focused on organic taste modeling, which she acquired within eight months.

Charlotte earned her MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was a Kauffman Entrepreneurial Fellow, and her undergraduate degree from Harvard College. A professionally trained executive coach through the Coaches Training Institute, Charlotte currently resides in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
