Self made Chef who grew up in and Italian family centered around food. I was introduced to cooking by my mother and had some experience in the family restaurant as a boy. With some experience with some great Chefs and James Beard Winners I sought my career from Philadelphia to Sedona and finally to Los Angeles seeking more opportunity and Growth . After landing a Sous position with Wolfgang puck I rode the momentum to opening three different restaurants as Chef Creator where I was able to gain some credibility and stature in my career only to make a switch after meeting , working and making relationships with Celebrities and People of Influence I made a shift in my career to Private service. I felt my arts passion fading and eaten alive with the stresses of Restaurant Business and began to move towards working for personal and private clientele. I came to meet with Christian Paier at Private Chefs Inc. and began to find my niche with private chef work. I am now making more progress and finding great things in Estate management where my skills experience and resources are found effective.
