Dr. Ashley is a psychologist, coach, relationship expert, and entrepreneur. She has helped thousands of clients get “unstuck” and overcome obstacles preventing them from experiencing optimal happiness, success, and relationship fulfillment.
A lover of knowledge, Ashley has earned a Doctorate in Psychology with an emphasis in Marital and Family Therapy. Extensive formal education and training have given her the insight to support clients through all challenges. Ashley put in the time and effort to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and continued her career by launching a practice where she primarily worked with couples who were experiencing relational turmoil. While she loved this work, she really believed she wanted to help people be proactive in choosing a truly compatible partner. Being a therapist didn’t feel congruent for her. She quickly realized her proactive, directive, and results oriented approach was the most effective for coachees who are motivated and excited about living life to the fullest. She shifted the focus of her practice and began coaching people who felt stuck and lost to find their passions and pursue them. Simultaneously, Ashley also became certified as a clinical supervisor and oversaw interns who primarily worked with clients on familial and relational struggles.

In early 2014, eHarmony identified that Ashley’s knowledge base was critical to the development of their new premium matchmaking vertical, eH+. Ashley quickly fell in love with the opportunity to partner with an incredible company and develop this lucrative business. While partnering with eHarmony, Ashley has continued her work with her coaching clients.

When Ashley is not working with clients, you can usually find her hanging out with her son, Mason, and husband, Michael. Ashley and Michael are both psychologists and after being together over a decade, still can’t get enough of each other. They absolutely love being Mason’s parents and spending time with him. Ashley loves to cook and is very immersed in food and wine culture. Laughing is a daily practice for her and her relationships with her family and friends are the most important of her life.
