In a career spanning more than 20 years, Amy Palian, an accomplished educational and training professional, has held positions of increasing scope and responsibility. Amy currently serves as Middle and High School Science Teacher at ABGU Manoogian Demirdjian Schools in Canoga Park and has been involved in all areas of teaching, while serving a diverse student population. In addition to AGBU, Amy previously served as a Math and Science Teacher at various school districts and Platt College in the greater Los Angeles Area.

Throughout her career, Amy has been at the heart of innovation within the educational training and technology area, has been at the heart of many successful projects and initiatives, and she has consistently met the highest in performance expectations.

Amy has founded several non-profit and for-profit organizations including KEAP Real Estate and Building Better Future in which she holds a CEO/President position. Some of the other start-ups that she founded and successfully managed were in the fields of education, interior design, financial services, insurance services, and learning experience (LX) design.

Amy has a Master of Science in Instruction Design and Technology from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California at Irvine. She also obtained an Instructional Design Certificate (Levels I and II) from Cal State Fullerton.

Amy's personal motto is “YES, WE CAN!”. She believes that with dedication, perseverance, hard work, and proper resources anyone CAN and WILL be successful in life.
