Aleesa Daley spent over 15 years in the corporate world with success in roles ranging from operational accounting & finance to being an award-winning software & technology salesperson. Throughout her career Aleesa has a proven track record across a broad spectrum of business, from small mom & pop businesses to Fortune 500 companies. What has been most inspiring has been her work with high performers, start-ups and entrepreneurial ventures, the prevailing theme being making a significant impact.

After winning numerous awards as a technology salesperson at NetSuite, including “Top Account Management Sales Rep”, “Top New Accounts Rep” and “Top Account Manager, Small Business” and being a consistent 100%+ quota-performer, Aleesa was looking for her next challenge and opted to leave the corporate world. She spent two years exploring the world and searching for the answer to how she could best serve the world and expand her global impact.

Her travel spanned 36 countries, 37 states and 5 continents. In 2007, she began studying transformational leadership in earnest and has studied with numerous respected transformational leaders including Jack Canfield, Brendon Burchard, Mary Morrissey, Deepak Chopra, Stewart Emery, Alison Armstrong, Edwene Gaines, David Deida, Chellie Campbell, James Malinchak and Gay & Kathlyn Hendricks and earned several certifications as she expanded her education. Aleesa is both a certified Kundalini and Hatha yoga instructor and teaches in the LA area.

After much exploration and travel, it all came full circle with the launch of Ardeeka. With the launch of Ardeeka, a NetSuite partner and cloud consultancy, Aleesa balances her love of technology to serve the NetSuite Community while continuing her Executive Lifestyle Coaching & Yoga Practice.
