A Los Angeles native, Aaron is an artist, entrepreneur and educator. With over 25 years experience working in media, movies, television, and online, at some of the biggest names in the business, he has seen a thing or two.

Currently Manager of Legal Affairs at Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions; Adjunct Lecturer of Communication at USC Annenberg teaching Digital Social Media, Digital Media Management, Technology Innovation and Entertainment industry courses; and he is also Owner/CEO of his own business, Settico Enterprises which creates digital art from his 250,000 photo and video archive.

Aaron holds a BA in Criminal Justice from CSU Fullerton; a Master of Communication Management from USC Annenberg; 10 certificates covering business, media, entertainment and education, including a Graduate Certificate in Business of Entertainment from USC Cinematic Arts, Certificate in Business of Media, Entertainment and Sports from Harvard Business School, Teaching Certificate from Harvard Bok Center for Teaching and Learning, Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan and Certificates in Project Leadership and Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell.

Aaron is currently pursuing an Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation and Technology MIT Sloan School of Management and is a Doctoral Student at Clemson University in Rhetorics, Communication and Information Design.

He is married to an Australian lawyer who works at Disney Channel and has a feisty 6 year old daughter handling Zoom in Kindergarten like a pro. They all live close to the beach in the South Bay and enjoy too much TV watching, light saber dueling and playing lots of Legos!
