Dennis Morales offers decades of accomplishment-laden experience in various industries.

Beginning his career in the pharmaceutical industry, Dennis Morales was a chemist for 3M Pharmaceuticals. During his tenure with 3M, he led numerous research teams as well heading several committees. He became an expert at implementation and spearheaded several cost savings initiatives throughout the company. Dennis pioneered and developed new technology in Infrared Spectroscopy which is still used today. He developed and implemented data storage systems now in use over several divisions of the 3M Company. Dennis became a 6-sigma black belt in complex quality methods for both cost reduction and profit maximization.

Leveraging his ever-expanding base of qualifications, Dennis was recruited by NEL Laboratories (NV EPA). While at NEL, he served as a Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectroscopy chemist. He was responsible for data analysis and method development. He transferred his skill set from the pharmaceutical world into the environmental realm.

After countless years in the scientific community, Dennis began looking for new challenges. He opened and operated a hugely successful real estate and business valuation company. Within the 1st year in business, he expanded the practice into 6 western states. He took the 6-sigma knowledge and was able to grow his valuation practice at exponential rates.

The combination of these skills then launched him into a career in business consulting. Dennis has had the opportunity to consult on various projects ranging from, residential real estate development to large scale shopping centres and malls to high rise condominium projects. He is currently involved in several projects involving product development and market implementation.
Over the span of his career, Dennis has had the opportunity to establish a strong network of contacts in several different industries. He is highly regarded as an expert in several fields.
