I am a finance executive with over 15 years of experience in senior roles, including Senior Accountant, Manager, and Consultant. I recently earned my Doctorate in Business Administration in August 2024, with a focus on business strategy and analysis. I am also the founder of Chabela McFashion Venture, LLC, operating as The B Venture, where I provide tailored accounting solutions.

Currently, I am participating in the Korn Ferry Leadership Program through the National Association of Black Accountants. As a high school motivational speaker with the Youth Business Alliance, I am passionate about inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs. In 2018, I founded my own jewelry company, further diversifying my entrepreneurial experience.

Before launching my own business, I served as a Lead Accountant Associate at Verizon and spent over 11 years as an Accounting Consultant for Robert Half International. During my time there, I collaborated with over 20 Fortune 500 companies, developing expertise in month-end close, financial reporting, process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency optimization.

I graduated from Clark Atlanta University in 2007 and continued my education with a Master’s in Accounting from CAU. Currently residing in Los Angeles, CA, I enjoy traveling and relishing the rewards of my hard work when I am not managing my business or consulting.
